Combine 3, 4 or 5 bordering Eurail countries: Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg), Croatia/Slovenia), and Bulgaria/Serbia/Montenegro are regions that qualify as single countries. Norway and Finland are not considered bordering countries as rail connection between them must be made via Sweden. Flexi: 5, 6, 8, 10 or 15 days of travel within a 2 month period.
