Los Rios
PCRC traces its pre-canal roots back a century-and-a-half. Today's 21st century railway stretches 47.6 miles, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific, providing a transcontinental crossing in a bit more than an hour. The railway is awaiting a website of its own at www.panarail.com. Meantime, parent Kansas City Southern hosts this temporary sub-site for its Central American subsidiary. Alternatively, check out the Eco Circuitos website for specific details regarding year-round tours offered aboard the "interoceanic railway."

Explorando la Tierra de los Incas... Exploring the land of the Incas, PeruRail transports visitors between several of the country's most renowned destinations. Services include frequent connections between Cuzco and Maccu-Picchu where passengers may board a shuttle to the Sacred Valley; thrice-weekly "Andean Explorer" trains connect the Peruvian capital with Lake Titicaca, some 20 hours to the south.
